1.1 Return Period
You may return most items within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items returned after 10 days will not be accepted.
1.2 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
It must not be a final sale or non-returnable item (such as custom-made or clearance products).
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Products marked as “Final Sale.”
Opened or used products, such as software or hygiene products.
Custom or personalized items.
3.1 Request a Return

3.2 Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.
3.3 Packing the Return
Please ensure the returned item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is safely delivered.
4.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your payment provider.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item is returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4.3 Refund Times
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. However, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not directly exchange items; instead, we issue a refund for the returned item and encourage you to make a new purchase.
6.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@materialstech.pk or0321-4289941 with your order number and a description of the damage or defect. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item.
6.2 Replacement or Refund for Damaged Items
For items that are damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs for the damaged or defective item.
7.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7.2 Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled before shipping, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the item according to our return policy.
